Can someone please help me on how to remove the lower intake manifold? I don't want to tackle the job and then screw up something. Can someone help if there

Lower Intake Manifold Runner
Can someone please help me on how to remove the lower intake manifold? I don't want to tackle the job and then screw up something. Can someone help if there is a DIY somewhere? I have looked and can't find one. Also with a ported and polished one, will an OEM gasket work? Any HELP is greatly appreciated
