You could try either buying a kit? and hope the right screw is included?
Or you could take one of the ones you still have and see IF you or they can match it from a local Auto Parts store. Help/MAF sensor screw kit 13326 at AutoZone.com Have you not tried to just find them? If anything they might have fallen on the plastic shield. I would have spent the time to look for them.
