Clutch pilot bearing or something else?

Did exactly what you described as far as put in new fluid, i have a feeling the previous owner wore out gears as there was a leak that looked like it had been going for a while from the rear tranny seal. I replaced the seal and drained and refilled with fresh redline but still whines. Fortunately got an extended warranty from dealer so if transmission does need replacing it will be done on their dime
