I tell you guys what, those damn FedEx people on the phone really know how to piss a guy off. I havent been this heated up and pissed off in a very long time. I have been 100% happy with them up until right now and they just got me to damn pissed Im thinking about canceling my account and calling my CC company to cut them off.

My bare pan with plugs arrived today unharmed. It is a beautiful piece. The little one-way flapper baffles are precision fit, move with no bind and make solid click against the stop when slamming shut. Neat design, Charles.

Thread Update:
The Pre-Sale is now all caught up and run its course. I am happy to say this product is now a standard product. The first post has been updated to reflect this. Pans are in stock. The webpage was updated to accept standard orders. There are 2 pans in stock right now, and more that were just machined and will be ready for shipping in a couple weeks. We can keep this thread going for any questions comments etc. I am going to ask an admin to just remove the "Prototype" word from the thread title. Lastly, for those of you having trouble with FedEx. I am about to call them again and fight it out some more to figure out what their problem is. |
I just went another 10 rounds with FedEx... they are done-zo. Took off my credit card authorization and probably got myself put on speaker-phone for the entire call center's amusement.
Todays outgoing is the last of FedEx from me. |

I ended up canceling todays outgoing with FedEx and printed UPS labels for that stuff and still got it out! F FedEx! They are done.

Damn I was going to change my shipping address to my business that is open from 4am-8pm with someone always there but you already shipped out today. Hopefully UPS wont give me the run around. Tracking number?
