I would check all the plugs on the transmission harness. The 2 on the drivers side above the transmission brace/mount would be good canidates for not getting them seated well.

I would check all the plugs on the transmission harness. The 2 on the drivers side above the transmission brace/mount would be good canidates for not getting them seated well. im not sure if the crank position sensor gives that fault but, i would make sure that has been reinstalled too.
