So high RPM shifting isn't really bad for the synchros so long as they are executed with care by not slamming the gear and fast shifting and basically just easing

I searched about this online and it seems really only 3 things are bad for synchros: - Skip shifting - Fast shifting - Hard shifting The fact that the 4th to 5th up shift remains smooth even at high RPMs probably means I didn't do too much damage or caused any major addtl wear
