Default Mishimoto 370Z Products!

The Nissan 370Z is one of the most popular sports car around, and rightly so. With a powerful engine, well-balanced chassis, and rear wheel drive, this car was built with performance in mind. But these cars can get hot when you’re pushing the limits, and Mishimoto is here to help. Our engineers have designed and engineered a whole line of products for the 370Z, which will help protect these cars even during the toughest conditions. But before I get into the products we have developed for your 370Z, I would like to tell you a little bit about our company and what we are all about.

Our company headquarters is located in New Castle, Delaware, where our team performs all design, engineering, sales, and marketing duties. Our office is filled with gear heads chasing the same goal - to provide the best possible products that will help you take your vehicle to the next level of performance. Mishimoto’s involvement in the automotive industry dates back over 10 years and our business has continued to grow year after year. Today our products are trusted by daily drivers and professional athletes alike. We are extremely proud of our full line of highly engineered and rigorously tested performance cooling products.

Products

Now that you have an idea of how we engineer our products, I will introduce you to the Mishimoto 370Z line, which includes the following products:

• Performance aluminum radiator
• Direct-fit oil cooler kit
• Performance thermostat
• Silicone air intake hoses
• Silicone radiator hoses

Performance Aluminum Radiator

Our 100% aluminum performance radiator is a direct fit into the 370Z, and offers up to a 40 degree temperature drop over stock. This radiator is also 20% more efficient than the stock radiator, so you won’t have to worry about your temps rising during some spirited driving.

Direct-Fit Oil Cooler Kit

Our direct-fit oil cooler kit for the 370Z offers that additional cooling needed to keep these cars out of limp mode. This kit is a direct-fit into your car, with no modification required, and offers an average of a 25 degree temperature drop to make sure your VQ is safe.

Engineering report - http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/yhst-...-TechSpecs.pdf

Performance Thermostat

Our 370Z racing thermostat opens at a lower temperature and allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner, thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures which will extend the life of your engine.

Silicone Air Intake Hose Kit

Our silicone air intake hose kit adds a bit of style to your 370Z engine bay, while increasing the performance as well. These hoses are constructed of 5 layers of silicone, with embedded heat resistant fibers, which prevent excess engine heat from increasing air intake temperatures.

Silicone Radiator Hoses

Our silicone radiator hoses add some quick style to your 370Z engine bay, while also maintaining strength and durability. These hoses are constructed with a combination of silicone and heat resistant fibers, which provide efficient heat reduction and increased pressure tolerance, all with an OEM replacement fit.

Our products are manufactured in a variety of facilities. Mishimoto is a global provider with offices in Delaware, Los Angeles, Birmingham, United Kingdom and Shanghai, China. All products are designed, engineered and tested in New Castle, Delaware at our corporate headquarters using state of the art machinery (CMM arms, AWD Dyno, Rapid Prototyping, etc.). The manufacturing location depends on the product we are manufacturing. For example, all of our intercooler pipes for diesel trucks are made in Los Angeles. Our brackets, including the ones for the 370Z, come from Texas. The other products in this post are made in China, under strict control of our American operated Shanghai branch. We try to make as many parts in the States as possible, where feasible. With that said, much like Samsung or Apple, it comes down to the engineering behind the part and the quality control of the manufacturing. With a lifetime warranty on every part we manufacture, it is safe to say our parts are of the highest quality.

Our most current Racing Thermostat for the 370Z opens at 155 degrees F.

Tyler I said 170... And you said opens at 155, you means STARTS to open at 155, or fully open at 155?

I want fully open at 170, 10 degrees less than stock to not cause a CEL. Not all of us are racing.

Our thermostat starts to open at 155, and is fully open at 180. I apologize for not making that clear initially. Please let me know if you have any other questions, as I would be happy to help!
