So is the starter kit considered a "tuner" kit and the complete kit a "turn key" kit? Also, if I'm reading this correctly, it looks like you have to purchase

Also, if I'm reading this correctly, it looks like you have to purchase the complete kit if you want to keep your stock catalytic converters. Is that a true statement?
