There are 10-12lbs lighter than the stock dual mass flywheel Weight was been removed from the outside areas of the flywheel which reduces inertia and improves response without losing thickness behind the clutch contact area where it is needed to dissipate heat making this the most durable lightweight flywheel available for the Z or G! HR/VHR Weight is 19 Lbs We have installed a few of these already and they are a very nice weight for street or track use!
