I have never had a bad experience with FedEx to date. Sorry to hear your troubles with that. Hopefully the pressure from your mail service will get things moving. From the horror stories I've read tonight from the Chicago facility is that you finally get your items once an investigation is opened. Its a joke. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
