I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to deal with this since I am in Afghanistan and work a 12 hour shift. They must be holding it for some reason. Edit: I tried to call and get a hold of a human, but 45 minutes to wait and they can't do a call back option for me out here. The price to stay on the line with them that long will be too expensive.
