EZ Street would be fine for street and light track use.
If the track were to be more often or you beat the crap out of it on a daily basis I would look at the Stage 2+SFI Street/Track kit. It has a higher temp & burst strength clutch lining and also a triple strapped pressure plate. Pedal effort is slightly heavier on the Stage 2+ and engagement/disengagement will be quicker and not as smooth as the EZ Street.
