Is the clutch worn out? Miles? The only reason the slave usually gives up is if the clutch is past its life span and at that time will bottom out the slave cylinder, Once it bottoms out it will over heat the bearing and kill it as there is constant pressure on it. You can pull the black boot off the side of the trans and look in with a flash light to see if the slave is pushed back all the way, If it is, the clutch is worn out.

-37,000/ 3 years on the HD CSC -Changed every 7,000 miles to Fresh Fluids because I didn't know why it was acting up until I consulted with Joe. -Swapped out CMC at last 8,000 miles (everything was great) -Drive in a lot of stop and go traffic, seldom redlining the car. Car is now at 100k miles. Hope this helps. I'm happy Joe has created a new kit, and I'm very glad it's external so no more dropping the transmission for a while.

Can anybody confirm if the zspeed clutch and cmak unit will fit with a South bend flywheel? I will be placing my order soon.

Yes, It works fine with all single mass flywheel / single disk clutch kits, Only thing it is not set up to work with yet is the OS Giken Twin and Triple disk clutches.
