According to the service manual, I need to remove a few bolts to remove the cluster and disassemble it. The needles have an internal stopper, so I don't need to worry much about the alignment since the needle dance helps me align it. In the 350Z, I had to drive around the block while pushing the needles in. Too bad I can't get a "black" coolant/fuel face.

You don't need to drive to calibrate the needle... I've done it with stand still..
You just have to know where to position the needle....
