DRL on with headlights MOD

I'm having a bit of a hard time telling what is going on with the red and beige wires from the picture. They are pulled from the IPDM, combined, and

I'm having a bit of a hard time telling what is going on with the red and beige wires from the picture. They are pulled from the IPDM, combined, and then just ran to that extra relay port? the bundle of wires seems to be blocking the view. Attached a picture as I'm thinking of it. Thanks!
