Thanks. It didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but seeing as how I have never picked up a can of spray paint before, it wasn't as bad as I expected. I'll definitely touch it up at some point, but for now it's okay.

This is will be my first mod when I get my 370, has anyone tried plasti-dip? It is not actually paint and can be peeled off if you screw up. I did the door handles on my 350 with the dip and it has held up darn good, I am thinking it might hold up to the stones/debris since it is rubberized and it is naturally flat in color..Just food for thought! i will be doing the 370 handles as well with the dip.
door handles are sprayed with the dip. ![]() |

That is a great idea, but I was thinking about using 3M DI-NOC Carbon Fiber Vinyl from Carbon Fiber Gear.
3M DI-NOC Carbon Fiber Vinyl | Carbon Fiber Gear I have a rather large roll that I haven't used yet. ![]()

Hey forum,
I have successfully used plastidip on my wheels and door handles. After spending a couple hours taping off my fangs for prep and plastidipping them, I screwed up on pulling the tape in that bitching corner area where the corner of the fang meets the bumper! Anyway, had to pull all the plastidip pff and will give it another go today. Does anyone have any technique on how not to screw this up? Any input will be gladly appreciated...

Put some release agent* on the tape.
* Polyvinyl alcohol usually works well and is easy to find (hard contact lens wetting solution).
