I don't see why not. No one has used this stuff before. I tend to use what others have proven works. It's a sealant, I hope you can open back up later if you need to. Just in case LEDs burn out you want to be able to go back in and replace them.

That stuff looks like it would work. If you use it, let us know what the out come is..
