Plasti Dip my rims

I am debating whether to do plasti dip or just get mine powder coated

Depends on your goals and finances. PlastiDip is easy and cheap to do yourself, and can be undone if you change your mind. Powder coating, none of the above.

will plasti dip last a long time? I like the look of the plasti dip I am just worried about it wearing.. I noticed the original poster had it last over 6 months but has that been the case for many people? if it will hold up for a long time I will just do that and save money

I did my door handles.. It is holding up great. Best part about the plasti dip is that it's simple to remove and reapply if need be! OH and at $6 a can... can you really beat it?
