I haven't really noticed a drone unless im cruising at 100 in 6th gear (44-4700 RPM's). If you drive in a typical fashion using all your gears correctly you shouldn't get a drone.

I do have a backpack and gym bag in the back almost all the time soo...

for me:

Pros:
Awesome sounds
very mild when at idle. cant tell its not muffled
LOVE the burble when in a lower gear and let of the gas

Cons:
LOSS if torque at take off (has made me want to put the muffler back on)
Price - Went to a local shop in town and had them make the same set up for almost half the cost. (sorry AAM, i have used several of your products on my 350 back i the day and very well made)

The low end is where you feel it. I dont have any numbers its more a butt dyno feeling you will read other people that say they feel the low end torque is weak after this mod. I took it in to get an UpRev and its back to what it was before cutting off the old muffler.

if your over 3500 RPM's it has the same power, again, butt dyno.

Yeah i'm going to get this piece for now, then save up a bit more and jump
into the AAM S-line mid pipes. Seems to be a great combo and keeping the same sound.

don't forget to add the removal of the emission canister heat shield, held on by 3 10mm bolts

this will need to come off for perfect fitment! A lot of people contacting me about fitment issues, and they skip this step. After the removal of the heat shield, everything will fit the way it should!
Just installed mine and I knew that thing had to come off.. Damn!

Hey quick question what heat shields need to be removed and also can we use the stock bolts for this or need new ones?

Thanks for the guide, I have 2 questions

1. You did not mention anything regarding the gaskets, did you just re-use the stock gaskets or did you use some sealant etc?

2. How tight do you torque the bolts? Is it possible to over tighten these?
