Ok, I studied the pic and I think I can answer my own question. It might be possiblw but extremely difficult as the boot, rubber boot, metal plate, and white

Ok, I studied the pic and I think I can answer my own question. It might be possiblw but extremely difficult as the boot, rubber boot, metal plate, and white cup would all be in place when putting in vise...let alone trying to unbolt plate with all that in the way. Not worth trying the hard way.
