ok nvm. i just ordered mine from nissanparts.cc. its gonna look sick!! lol.

Sign shops use a heat gun and heat the surface of the emblems and it help remove the adhesive in the back. Whatever adhesive that remains, they use rapid remover ,ultra Adhesive -off, and ghost-off..
