Default Diff bushing install

Hello everyone ! I need desperate help I am doing diff work to the z. I am using z1’s poly bushings. I already have the 2 front ones in but I broke the rear one today trying to get it in. I am overnight shipping one for tomorrow and I need to be prepared. Z1’s instructions say to remove the metal casing from the bushing bang the bushing in from the driveshaft side with a rubber mallet and then put the metal casing in after. Have any of you found an easier/better way ? Thanks in advance!

Lube (use the formula 5 prelube above) the bushing and subframe then put the bushing in the freezer overnight and try to tap it in.

I used two 2x4 sections with holes drilled in them and washers, nuts and a threaded rod to press it in. I think it would have gone in frozen but I think I waited too long and it warmed up while I was messing with the front bushings.

After removing the old bushing I sanded the sleeve on the subframe to get it smooth. Then lubed it up and banged in the z1 bushing (without the internals). That should go in with a dead-blow hammer without issue. Then I used a bolt press to pull the metal bushing into the center.
