Lube (use the formula 5 prelube above) the bushing and subframe then put the bushing in the freezer overnight and try to tap it in.
I used two 2x4 sections with holes drilled in them and washers, nuts and a threaded rod to press it in. I think it would have gone in frozen but I think I waited too long and it warmed up while I was messing with the front bushings. |
