Part Identification please!

Hi guys, Could anyone please tell me what this part is please? Guessing some type of motor? Having issues finding the part on any exploded diagrams! Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,

Could anyone please tell me what this part is please? Guessing some type of motor?

Having issues finding the part on any exploded diagrams!

Kind of looks like the ABS pump motor but it is in the wrong place.Got any lines running to it?Any numbers on it?

No we are using the above picture as a reference to rebuild the front end of our car. We bought the front end - engine forward but we don't have this part. Wondered what is was? Not sure if the car in the pic has been modified so trying to ascertain what it might be!!

it may be an aftermarket alarm siren? Your pic may be of something a bit different than what you're working on.

Unless you have some sort of aftermarket piece on it, the horn should be attached there. The 370z has dual horns, one for the alarm and one for the lock/unlock/beep noises. Forgot which one was on what side.
