Not 100% sure but I think the rectangle with a cross in it represents a fusible link. IIRC, most of the fusible links are next to one of the battery

Not 100% sure but I think the rectangle with a cross in it represents a fusible link. IIRC, most of the fusible links are next to one of the battery terminals. Maybe someone will confirm/deny that.
