Thanks Simota & Bobo,

I think I will probably go with this kit after the holidays, my car runs really good up until it crosses over the 220 mark, then I get this hesitation when starting in first gear in lower RPM's. It's almost like limp mode, but I know it's not, because I'm not past 230. It's like I just loose the throttle response during the first bit of pedal travel, very laggy, and it start just a tick over the 220 mark. Any of you guys experience this??

I just got the std stillen oil kit- I noticed when I tracked power steering fluid got extremely hot- so not real keen about moving factory power steer cooler BEHIND stillen oil cooler- was thinking getting longer rubber hose and moving factory steering cooler all the way over to the other side- See any problems with this approach?? I don't thing added rubber line lenght would cause a problem

No, that shouldn't cause any issues.

Might want to get a bigger PS cooler while you're at it.

I am doing Stillen OC install today. I moved the factory PS coole over to the other side as opposed to behind the oil cooler- was easy- a little extra hose and bolted right back in.
Been screwin around with the SS oil lines past couple hours- under the car is fine and into the front thru fender pretty straight forward- getting lines up to top of cooler - behind cooler & in front of radiator is real real real tough. Not much clearance to get hoses redirected but as Mbobo said above I can't see anyother way- wish Stillen had better more illustrative directions

completed stillen oil cooler install (standard model)- Instruction real bad so thanks MBobo your DIY was real helpful- I followed same route and also ended up putting the long SS line on pass side.

Two mods I did-
1. relocated the PS cooler to the drivers side not behind oil cooler- noticed when tracked PS got real hot so did not think good idea to put directly behind oil cooler- easy to move just bought some 3/8 hose.
2. Added a bracket to better route the SS lines from behind the cooler over to the wheel area- simple "L" bracket but it really worked out well- does not hold hose tight but just gives it guide- pics below

ATF will work for power steering fluid? I found some Amsoil synthetic low viscosity ATF for Dextron VI. Is this similar to the Castrol stuff?

ATF IS what they use for power steering fluid.
