It depends on your expectations. Pearl White is the most difficult color to paint.
If you haven't done this sort of thing before and want it to look right, I would just hold off and save your money until you can afford to pay a professional. If your standards for paint matching aren't that high to begin with, then a DIY project might be a good option for you.
