Don't use an impact on the O2 sensors.

Bottle up all your patience as start storing it, you will need as much as you can get.

Damn demon bolt sounds like a PITA! What is the average install time 5 hours?

Are you working on a lift or just in your home garage?
Home, then 8ish hours is a good estimate.

Also, you could technically take off the stock header/cat as a single combo but getting a few of the header bolts while the cats are on the car can be tough.

It took Tony just about 8 hrs to install mine at his shop. I do not envy your road ahead.

I suggest not messing with the demon bolt. Do it as one whole unit.

It'll take some serious patience. Biggest issue was trying to squeeze out the heat shield.

Spray some PB blaster on there ahead of time too.

Good luck!

I too will be attempting to do the install myself in my garage. Being a mechanic in the AF, and knowing several others, it should be a good project. As I've been reading patience is a must for these. Once I get it done, I will post the pictures I take and my experience. Good luck to you as well.

I did it with a friend in around 8 hours. The demon bolt was a pain. Spray some penetrating oil on it before you start and let it soak. KEEP IT AWAY from the O2 sensors though!!! when you are ready, get a socket on the demon bolt and run extensions to the top of the motor. Warm up the motor to temp and then go at loosening the bolt.

Everything else goes perfect according to Tony's instructions. It's a beautiful system and bolts right up perfectly.

Did my momentum headers in 9 hours, but that was also a tad easier since I had already broken loose the demon bolt doing my high flow cats 2 years back. PB blasted the crap out of the header bolts overnight, and the day of, and they came off no problem. I actually didn't have such a bad time with the install. The only thing is having to take off the steering knuckle on the driver side to get to everything. If you're using jack stands it helps to have a friend above you who can help guide the wrenches onto the bolts and hold things there and vice versa. Really went fairly smooth to be honest. Got very lucky

I actually skipped the steering knuckle. Left it on. I was able to get to everything with a universal joint and 1/2" extensions on a 1/2" rachet
