Default Bumper damage advice

Here is what happened, I took the 370Z logo off my bumper to replace it with a Fairlady Z logo, had my car wash guy clean off the junk left over, wash, clay, and wax my car. Well, he messed up and took off some paint while claying off the remaining junk on the bumper.

He has offered to have a body shop repaint the bumper.

There is also a bit of other damage to the lower area of the bumper that I did backing into a curb. The Car wash manager said since we are going to take the bumper off the body shop can also fix those scratches for a little bit more (out of my pocket).

But I am worried about that matching the color, and the difficulties of taking a bumper on and off and the Nissan logo etc. Can that be done easily?

Would it be a better option to buy a new bumper? How much would a new bumper and back splash guards be? Who could install it?

What is fair for me to ask the Car Wash place to pay for? They did the damage to the paint. And it looks really bad.

Pictures attached.

Taking the bumper off is really easy to do. So dont worry about that. Since it is your car I would go to Nissan and have them suggest a body shop since that would be the highest price you could possibly find and take that estimate to the car wash and have them pay that amount. Then you can take to any good body shop and have them respray the entire bumper and pocket some change as well. Simple fact is the car wash damaged your car so they are responsible for it. if they start to give you a hard time tell them that they will be hearing from your insurance company.
