Taking the bumper off is really easy to do. So dont worry about that. Since it is your car I would go to Nissan and have them suggest a body shop since that would be the highest price you could possibly find and take that estimate to the car wash and have them pay that amount. Then you can take to any good body shop and have them respray the entire bumper and pocket some change as well. Simple fact is the car wash damaged your car so they are responsible for it. if they start to give you a hard time tell them that they will be hearing from your insurance company.
