Water spots on carbon fiber

It's the same as paint, you can try some vinegar, if it comes off, you're lucky, if not, a good buff might take them out... Worst case scenario, you'll need to sand it with fine grain sandpaper (do NOT do this if you're a novice)

Just the thought of having any grit of sandpaper near my paint freaks me out....
