Sasha closed up shop but does some consulting. I guess if we were to call him he might suggest a shop he trusts.

Whaaaat? I did not close any shop...

As for engine builders, I would consider R/T tunning, and Dynosty. The guys at both shops have great engine builders, and I would trust them both with my engine build.

The other shop to consider is Import Parts Pro. These guys have been building VQ and VQ engines for 15 years, and know what they are doing.

I hope that helps a bit.

I would not have a shop that has never built a VQ before build my block when the time comes. These engines are finicky when it comes to bearing clearances, and experience really does go a long way.

Oh, yes...that guy. He did a lot of N/A mods to his 350z. What are the chances that we have the same name.

I think you are safe in the hands of any of the three places I mentioned. I know the guys at Dynosty (Dynosty - Performance Automotive Parts, Builds and Dyno Tuning) have built the fastest 350z's...and I mean hold the records for quickest 1/4 mile pases. All work done in house. If you give them a call, ask for either Dustin or Hal.
