Think of it this way. MSRP + $800 (Fees, Color) * 13% Tax = $46102.87.
Your cost $33300 of 3 years leasing and deposit. So after 3 years, the remaining of the car cost is $12802.87. In order words, if you buy the car now, I am pretty sure u can sell the car for more than $12802.87 after three years. Of course interest is also a factor, but even at a rate of 5.9%; the interest for 3 years is around $6000. Anyways, hope I am making sense here. Correct me if I am wrong.
