Default Good Deal?

I just sent out my first set of emails. I'm working with 10 dealers closest to me. The car I want is Base Auto($29,259), Sport Pkg ($2,602), Splash Guards ($165), Floor Mats ($89), Destination ($695). The best bid I've received is $32,810 which is right at invoice if my calculations are correct. Is this a good deal? I'm hesitant because I've read other posts where several people claim to have gotten this configuration at $31K - unless those were 6-speeds I was reading about.

With a 2% holdback, they're making at least $656.20 on this deal so I'm just trying to see how much more wiggle room I have to negotiate. I don't want to be difficult with these guys either.

Just wanted to gather some thoughts/opinions. Thanks.

That is a great deal! You would be getting the vehilce at invoice. Invoice is 32,835.00
Those people would have to be purchasing a 6spd for 31k range. On an automatic that would be dead net. You have worked yourself a great deal now go enjoy it!

If the car is on the lot then it might include the 695 price, but newer cars probably jump up to 720.

Those were 6MT's, you'll have to add the cost of the Auto to that ($1216) to get a minimum price.
