From the sounds of your comments, I would recommend the 25 row and a blocking plate for daily driving. Either a blocking plate or a remotely operated "shutter" system to open or close the air flow incrementaly in order to control cooling in different conditions.
Good Luck guys! FI guys are really the only ones that should consider the 32 row...
