i would try to contact their insurance carrier directly and start the claim with them..you have a police report which indicates the plow driver is at fault..thats really all you

i would try to contact their insurance carrier directly and start the claim with them..you have a police report which indicates the plow driver is at fault..thats really all you need to show their insurance company.."the boss" really has no control over this at this point...GL.
