So, not sure if anyone looked into this or not, since the 2014 base already has DRLs wouldn't you only need the bumper cover and DRLs, not all the electrical

So, not sure if anyone looked into this or not, since the 2014 base already has DRLs wouldn't you only need the bumper cover and DRLs, not all the electrical to do this? The bumper seems reasonable and found the DRLs on courtesy Nissan parts website for around $550 each, which with mounting hardware would be around $1500 combined.
