You should be able to access it from the interior side of the vehicle and by that I mean from the center out to the edge. KW's arent the easiest to adjust. You should from my knowledge with V3's have a slot at the base of the coilover on the interior side of the coilover. this slot should have a place for you to slide a really small allen wrench or suspension key to rotate and make adjustments. if the slot is on the outer side then you have them on the wrong sides. Again this comes from my knowledge of V3's and the cars i have used them on. GL!
