Default Lowering BC BR coilovers help

I switched to a smaller profile front tire and want to fill in the gap a little more. I looked up similar threads on how to do it but some are saying to do it differently than others. For the front do you adjust the bottom ring or the two top ones to lower it? I'm pretty much the biggest noob in adjusting suspension so help me out please lol

If it is the bottom ring, is that the way you adjust it or do I flip it and turn the ring towards the front of the car?
