Car stutters braking at high speeds

So yea if in going like above 70 and brake normally my wheel stutters. Is this normal? Is it a warped rotor, alignment? Any ideas? Sent from my SM-N900V using

Default Car stutters braking at high speeds

So yea if in going like above 70 and brake normally my wheel stutters. Is this normal? Is it a warped rotor, alignment? Any ideas?
