Only Porsche and some track-specific models from other OEM's will have the proper level of bracing in the firewall to support the pedal box. I don;t even think about bitching over Nissan's omission - it is a road car and the firewall is plenty strong enough for a roadie - just another cost for the track-day junkie or road-racer to bear.
