Default Aftermarket brake kits- what's your setup and how do you like it?

I've searched around and couldn't find a thread about aftermarket brake kits (I'm pretty sure there is one if I looked hard enough). I'm in the market of getting a big brake kit and want to hear what you guys have to say before I make a decision! Feel free to post up anything, everything you know about brake kits!

Exclamation

Get:
  • 2-Piece rotors
  • Motul RBF600
  • Carbotech Pads XP_
  • Brake Ducting

...and that will cost you approx $1,000.

OR you can spend $3600 on Stoptech or Brembos??
- I don't see the advantage if you already have the sport brake calipers

If you are not going to the track (road course), then do NOT buy a BBK unless you wanna spend 4k on bling.

I have stillen drilled/slotted rotors, ss lines and motul brake fluid right now. I'm selling my setup and upgrade to bigger brakes. I do track my car and it's getting TT right now.

Sorry for the off topic, but are you getting a bigger radiator?

Also, get cooling ducts and... Stick to a brand name, I believe Mike runs StopTech and Spohn runs Brembo, I might be wrong about Spohn.
And know that the BBK rotors last 10-20 track days depending on usage, so have plenty of money for replacement discs.

i have R33 GTR brembos on my car, it was making about low 400hp before i took her apart for the new build. I run Endless MX-72 pads with Endless RF650 fluid and I have no complaints at all. I currently run them with DBA Rotors and have Zero complaints. I street and Track the car and those brakes seem to be a good combo.

recently before i put her away for the winter i started using the MA20 pads from Endless in the track since i started going faster and liked them more at the track but where a bit loud on the street and kind of sketchy when cold.

Yep, this is what I run , with the addition of the stillen cooling ducting for the front. Any other impresions from the MA20s? havent tried them. Also, a new brand of brake fluid just came out that I think I will be switching to even over the RF650 (I know, right). Its called Torque RT700. Check it out, its cheaper too. You guys should start stocking this over at good ol NRS so I can buy it from you!
