If swift springs are designed to work with stock struts, does it make sense that less drop would be even better, (i.e. Eibach, or tein)?

Yes.

Remember that the more of a drop the shorter the shock life when it comes to lowering springs.

so with the higher spring rate for countering whatever drop caused by swifts, it makes sort of cancellation effect which is close to oem setup, if not better yea?

(atleast that's how it goes in my head lol)
