Brake problem

hey guys, i been having this problem with my Z. Everytime im driving at 60mph and brake my car vibrates alot, now i do not think its the Brake pads

Everytime im driving at 60mph and brake my car vibrates alot, now i do not think its the Brake pads because they have not squeek. my Z its 09 with 38k on it and Manual any suggestions or ideas of what it could be and does anyone know if it could be cover under warranty
