Replacing the rear brakes

Is it possible to replace the rear brakes with something smaller like from a 240sx with the 5 bolt. I want to mount up 15in slicks for some drag events

I want to mount up 15in slicks for some drag events and then switch back to stock afterwards. Is it possible to just switch from another 5 bolt nissan car?
