Why the big cost distinction between the kit for the Stillen ligament and the one for the inventory fascia? Looking at the images of the kit they are the same.

Why the big cost distinction between the kit for the Stillen ligament and the one for the inventory fascia? Looking at the images of the kit they are the same. Or is it that you don't need the top side supports for the Stillen ?. . . . .
