Coilover Access Holes in Rear Cargo Area

Some of the coilovers are available with flexible long knobs that might make things a bit easier.

perfect circles with a decent dremel.

damn that's looks pretty good. appears the holes are about dead center of that flat spot on top ....

I think your way is fine if I found some sort of rubber/plastic plug with a pull tab on it ... pop it in and pop it out.

Baer, your damper knobs look great!

UAM- Did you have some sort of cover for the holes? They really detract from the rest of your hatch area.

fyi guys, Ksport and BC both have extensions.

Both great coilover choices ... but I am going to slap some Ark DT-P's on, so no extenders for me

My coil overs are BC ER and what you seeing is the extension but trimmed to fit.

Damn, Baer, those look great. I tried doing that too but the part of the extensions that connect to the coilover itself, it would push up against the interior body panel, so i had to cut it out a little wider than that.

Yeah mine was very hard to turn so I took out the black sleeve and use the outer part of a black Bic pen which was a little smaller in dia. and kept trimming then lubed everything up before assembly ,now it turns smooth and easy.

Yeah I have a cover for the tops the problem we had is HKS didnt have extenders and I needed to be able to get my big hands in there to make adjustments.

I've seen people use the desk grommets (the 2-3" black plastic grommets for running cables through desks) before and it looked pretty good.
Plus, they come with covers/inserts, so it's clean when you aren't adjusting...
