Default Jordo's New Project...

Hey folks,

Thought some of you gents might be interested in this. I'm having some braces made that will be based on of the Nissan S-tune Chassis braces -- will be MUCH less expensive than buying the official gear.

These are the originals -- the fabbed ones should look something like this: New Suspension add-on for the Z1 370Z Shop Car

I'm also having gussets welded to the front strut tower bar, similar to the bar on the Nismo Z.

(On a related note, I installed the front Yamaha damper and am looking for the rear -- if someone is selling the rear one, please PM me with price shipped to 33613).

FYI: Depending on how they come out (there will be many pics as they are created and installed), and if there's interest, my fabricator might make these available to others too.

Project begins March 9 and should be wrapped up by the 15th. Updates as they happen.

While I'm at it -- are there any other braces worth fabbing? Fender braces? Input from Auto-xers and other track guys are welcome

Fender braces would be nice.. Really most of the products GT spec makes would be nice if we could get them a little cheaper.

I'll check them out.

My fabricator buddy suggested fender braces -- but wasn't sure if we needed them or not.

If definitely open to suggestions, and if there's interest, I'm sure he'd be open to making various chassis braces for others.
