Eibach is progressive:
F:239-479lbs/in (4.3-8.6kg)
R:217-530lbs/in (3.9-9.5kg)

this is why it's so whobbly during initial bump. you'll definitely want to get dampers (shocks/struts) in this case.

For tuning and max performance, yes. For the average person just driving on the street this is perfect. If the OE shocks are in good working condition an aftermarket shock is not needed. The 370Z has a double wishbone front suspension set up and does not use a strut.

'strut' i was referring to shock and spring assembly, not as formal 'strut' as in macpherson strut.

I'm not trying to turn this into a pissing match. Just posting correct information. I have more road and real track experience with the Pro Kit and other suspension types with many cars than the average person posting up what they THINK is right.

You also might want to contact Wikipedia your correct definition of the term "strut" as well.

"An automotive suspension strut combines the primary function of a shock absorber (as a damper), with the ability to support sideways loads not along its axis of compression, somewhat similar to a sliding pillar suspension, thus eliminating the need for an upper suspension arm.
