i want to lower my car but cant decide between the Tein S Tech or Eibach Pro Kit springs. Does anyone have any suggestions? i want to know which springs

Tein S Tech or Eibach Pro Kit???
i want to lower my car but cant decide between the Tein S Tech or Eibach Pro Kit springs. Does anyone have any suggestions? i want to know which springs have the best ride quality?
